How to Return Products
In accordance with Consumer Rights, the return shipping costs for products returned due to regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your exchange or return request. You must ship the item at a Correios branch. Packaging costs are not covered, so we recommend using the same packaging in which you received your order (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that protects the items during transportation.
